How to tend

Biomimic is the software Creator and seedlings run on. A seedling is a schema. This grove is that system, tended by hand.

• Sow plants a model. It costs 2 sap. The crown’s veins are its fields.
• Water writes a record and draws a ring. It costs 1 sap.
• Graft relates two models. The second grows a foreign key, and spores cross the vine.
• Prune returns a model to the soil. Undo stays available for a few seconds.
• A model left alone gets thirsty. Related models that hold records make sap when the season turns.

Keys: S, W, G, and P choose a tool, or use 1 through 4. Arrow keys move the reticle. Enter uses it. Escape cancels a graft. Space pauses.
